It also depends on what you want to do and how you want to do it.

I have been flipping a coin between these two cameras for a while and it has come down to price, if i can get the 60d for a good price i would if not i'd be just as happy with a 600d.

i am connecting these to my telescope to do astrophotograpy anyway so lenses dont matter to me and i will only be getting a 15 to 85mm lens with either for non astro shooting.

the only reason i would choose the 60d over the 600d is that the 60d has more adjustable funtions and settings than the 600d, otherwise they are fairly similer.

Ben aware if you are looking at the 60da that it is only good for astro shooting unless you put a filter on the lens
