The DSI pro doesn't have a guider output so you will not be able to guide with a DSI pro using the guider port on the EQ6 unless you use something like the GPUSB mentioned earlier. However if you install ASCOM and connect your EQ6 (I assume the EQ6 Pro is goto) via the ASCOM interface you can guide using the DSI via the ASCOM interface. PHD and most of the guider programs support this.
