Apologies for a description error , I used the Synscan PA routine with the handcontroller together with BYEOS ( not EQMOD ) I extended the handcontroller cable with a cat5 cable and inline socket so it could reach my laptop 2 metres away from the mount
BYEOS provides much better centering accuracy than any eye piece could ever achieve
