Have another look at the Bisque tutorials on Youtube, a kitchen table will work, then get a set of imperial hex keys, good quality bearing grease and maybe a belt set....and do it yourself.
I'd suggest the original belts will be fine. (I have a spare set from my 4 year old PMEII...but the belts in the mount look like new)
Otherwise...you may find you are looking at a $800 shipping bill ++ the cost of the service ($200 odd including new belts)
