I find the image very dramatic.
Its surprisingly 3D. The Horsehead is very much in front of that rear curtain and the Flame Nebula is wonderfully shown with its drama and then it turns into little pillows at the edges. Its an unusual nebula.
Its quite a small bit of coma it could be from tilt as I could only see it on the right side not the left. Spacing would have it on all 4 corners I would think.
Tilt is common and not often corrected. You may have slightly off spacing and tilt.
I have developed a procedure for correcting it if you are interested. Send me a PM if you want and I'll outline it.
