Stacking images taken on different nights

Hi

I am not sure how to stack images taken on different nights. For stacking images from one night I take light, dark, flat and bias images and "simply" put everything in DSS to stack them before having a go at the final image in PS.

However, how would I stack images taken on different nights? Images for each night will have different darks, flats etc. I suppose it is not as simple as putting everything in DSS (and hoping for best)?

My guess would be to stack each night separately in DSS and then use DSS again to stack the final images from each of the nights (as light frames only). But then should I process the final images for each night in Photoshop before doing the final stacking?

Thanks
Luka
