So, I've had a couple of days to play around with some settings and I think I've made some progress
Here are images of one frame and the result of a stack
Frame -

Stacked(no processing at all) -

Using the following settings
Stacker Settings -
Result - Standard Mode
Light - Average
Alignment - Automatic
No RGB or Per channel background calibration
Raw Settings -
Brightness, red scale, blue scale - 1.00000
Using Camera White Balance
Bilinear Interpolation
Image was taken through FSQ106 with a unmodded Canon 60D
23 frames of 450 seconds at 400ISO
Am I on the right track here?
Are any of my settings kind of wierd/strange?
