Ditto what JJJ said, Link delight is good, I bought a Benro Ball head (KJ0) from them, excellent quality, more sturdy than the Manfrotto equivalent and has panning facility as well. For a pic and
description see this thread. The KJ-0 ballhead is light years ahead of the equivalent size Manfrotto.
They don't seem to have a listing for that head ATM, but
this ebay store has the KS Benro (the replacement model for the KJ). The panning facility is a must (which is also marked in degrees), if you're looking at swinging some heavy lenses you may like to go a bit heavier with the KS-1
