This will be a stupid question but Im going to ask it anyway!
Im new to all this and have just got myself an SPC900Nc too. $83 at MSY bargain!
Which 1.25" adapter do I need? I have a C6N celestron 6" newt, I want to use a barlow (starting out at 2x until I can work out what I am doing with it as I realise my image size will be small with a 750mm at F5)
Mogg has a few. Its either the W900NC-F or the W900NC-TF. correct?
Do I need an IR blocking filter for planetary or moon shots if so I would presume I would need the W900NC-F? or am I on the wrong track here and thats only needed for long exposure moded units?
I really just want to hook this thing up to a 2x barlow and take my first steps.
any help would be appreciated!
