Comes with: user manual, carry case with shoulder strap, 3 lens caps (2 front, 1 back), and bino with neck strap. Lenses are in excellent condition, but the rubber coverings on both sides have come undone so I've had to glue and tape them (see photo) - this is only an aesthetic issue.
