Thanks for that info. I am thinking that i need to do each of the narrowband filter images (Ha and OIII at least) separately while they are still grey scale, as the reshoot at shorter times is by filter type. So i would follow the mask process for the grey scale Ha then the OIII before they are colourised. SII is not a problem.
