Thanks Peter,

I should have added information on my situation with cards..

We have 48GB of cards each (2 x 16GB + 2 x 8GB), and that's no problem. I'm lucky enough to get them cheap through work. What I'm after is a backup of that data. If I had a backup of the data I would probably post the cards back home as we fill them up, like you suggest.
