Neoprene glue is best for rubber because it stays flexible (sometimes it is also used for sniffing).
It is also used to glue leader (by shoe repairers).
Bunnings used to have it in spray bottles.
Apply then wait 10-20 minutes for glue to dry, then press pieces together.
