Just confirm with the seller the intervalometer works with your model camera body or can return it if not. There are tons of sub $20 ones from China and I prefer them to the official Nikon ones. It might not look like the description photo (they often reuse the same description for a bunch it listings), but each one I bought worked fine (still do after years of use), same with battery grips the nikon ones are horribly overpriced.
