I finally had the time to disassemble de Atik 383L and found the cause of noise:
In between the CCD and the Peltier for cooling there is a piece of aluminun coated with some thermal paste on both sides.
I cleaned this and added new heat conducting paste and voila.. cam working ok again.
Hope this is usefull for anybody who may experiment the same issue.
