Fun ideas with these equipments?

Okay, let me get straight to the equipments at hand.

Canon 5D Mark II
Canon 70-200mm F2.8 USM
Canon 100-400mm F3.5.5.0 IS USM
Canon 2.0X Extender
Canon 10mm Fisheye
Canon 55mm F1.4
A remote control
A static tripod =(

So any idea how to play around with it? I've worked with the 55mm to take an image of the milky way, works great with all the details and sort. But if I go up to telescopic range of above 200mm, things will start to move, and couple with the increasing F-stops, I'll need a longer exposure which will cause star trailings. And to fix this, I'll need an tracking mount. Anyone got any info for a good valued mount I can get?

Im planning to try out the fisheye and take a fullview of the sky (that is when the storm dies out here) and a bit on a 200mm on whatever i can see that night. Also, any ideas of possible star candidates would be appreciated, I've seem to lost my...starmap, so I dont know what's where, but I got my compass xD Thanks.

And oh, some technical insights into what ISO I should use would be appreciated too.
