PixInsight has a cosmetic correction routine that is supposed to handle it but in true PI form it sounds a whole lot more complicated than the healing tool.
The other way to handle it is to use defect maps. As it will be the same column every time you can find out which column and map it. How you do that would be in the help files of the software you use to calibrate your images.
