Hi Greg,
I'm certainly not advocating for the use of these medium format cameras as the price-performance ratio is somewhat extreme, however
if I had to generalize (
and I hate that),
i'd suggest the reverse regarding their noise performance and certainly their dynamic range based on measures I've seen where they are class leaders by typically more than 1 to maybe 2 stops* in dynamic range with excellent high and low iso performance compared with what's commercially available in FF and APS sensors. Of course their price is unpalatable compared with some of the excellent Full Frame and APS sensors, that's for sure.
