Maybe the noise reduction works diffently on this camera then, perhaps it doesnt subtract darks, because it's doing something when I take a long exposure, the red light comes on for the same length of time as the previouse exposure, yet I'm still able to take light frameswhist the processing is happening.
More research required I think.
