Might just as well , its a good price for a huge lens , I just need a lotto win to build an observatory at a dark site to use it , oh yes an AP1600 would be a must as well

But I am enjoying the little alt/az as its one trip out the shed door and plonk down as a unit and away , it has a little jiggle when focusing but that dies down in a few seconds and once there the slo/mo controls take over and these work well with zero backlash or vibrations , all in all a perfect little grab and go mount for all my small to mid sized refractors

Its ok up to about 150x and if I need to go higher I will use the Vixen SP which is driven .
