Finally made a pier and mounted my rig, even in badly light polluted melbourne, now if the weather will comply.....
Remove scope remove mount lock it all up and cover the pier.
Pier was a discarded metal road bollard I faithfully restored, barely any nay no vibration when it's all mounted so happy with the result
Also have the Orion ed80 for widefield which I am currently making a side by side saddle
