exfso, I read somewhere that you can actually achieve the correct colour balance and white balance with special kinds of filter or lens attachment but I just can't remember the site. I'll post it later when I find it, it has pics of shots with IR filter removed before and after these attachments with comparision shots to an unmodified 300d. I promise I'll post it up later (still at work...shhh...I'm not here...)
