Ta Rick - your fault I got into P.I again (and well worth it too!). My pig headed determination to use Photoshop is overcome now

I reckon another 4 hours should be good RGB, then maybe the same in H-a (seeing I am using H-a with an OSC, I think 1hr subs x 4 should suffice). I've tested the mount now to 75 minute single subs with zero trailing, so should be good to go.
