At the weekend I ordered myself a mini guide scope, OAG, helical focuser and a filter from ZWO. All were said to be on backorder but they were dispatched on Tuesday morning and arrived in Singapore today.

I think you'll be fine to order it directly even if it says on backorder. Looks like they're not updating the stock status on the website.
