Back down in Sydney and started on the pier for the 80mm. It needs to be short so everything will fit in the four foot between the floor and the roof.
It has a long way to go but I show these early stages so you can see the ply as when finished all the ply will be black.
The way I do this is to mix black tile grout with the resin before I add hardener. But it's just routine fibre glass routine although I do overlay the glass with impregnated paper to give it a smooth surface and remove the necessity to sand.
