Glad to see I'm not the only one customising these things
I'm in the middle of re-laying out the MAXESP3 to add things like reverse polarity protection and improve on it (the pads are too small and the holes too large), also recreating the end plates as PCB's so there is nothing to print.
Though at this point I am left wondering If I should just recreate it in SMD and call it a day, as that would allow things like a much beefier USB Type B connector,
