For an 8300 chipped camera which is quite small and smaller than a DSLR, you could pick just about anything.

FSQ is pricey but its the alltime winning astrograph and matches the 8300 chip very well. You would be rapt with the resulting images.

Houghy seems happy with his 127mm ED. Larger and would need a decent mount though.

Perhaps the baby Q (85mm) is the go.Its a bit cheaper and still an awesome instrument and handles
even large chipped cameras.
