Sony use a different QE measure to Kodak so I don't know a Sony 77% is a Kodak 77%. In fact I doubt it very much. They use some unusual term which I was unable to find a definition for. I suspect that means it gives a higher number than the regular QE numbers we normally use.
I'd go so far to say 77% QE in a Bayer Matrix sensor is next to an impossible engineering feat but would happily be proved wrong.
