After about seven months away from imaging due to New Zealand 2 month holiday (fantastic), dislocated finger (incinvenient) and the backing up with ten weeks off work with a broken leg ( non weight bearing so no equipment set up - f*****) I am strong enough to get going.,
Could some one please advise what time comparisons should you use when Luminance 1x1 binning and RGB 2x2 binning are being taken? If I had 10 hours data of Luminance at 1x1 should I do more than 40 minutes each RGB channel or is there a set ratio????
