Camera bags and logistics

Guys,

A question for the photographers out there.

My camera gear has expanded to a point where it's totally ridiculous to try and carry it all together, so I need to split it up into two bags.

I currently have a Lowepro Flipside 400 AW, which comfortably carries two camera bodies and my lenses, but is pretty much maxed out with that. Then there's all the other stuff, flash gear, chargers, cleaning gear, maybe another lens, that need to go into another bag.

The Lowepro backpack is good as the shooting bag, but what would you suggest for all the other stuff? Would another backpack be the go, or a case style, either hard or soft? Of course it needs to be hand carryable and easily portable.

I'm thinking maybe a soft case, maybe shoulder slung type, as it could then be squashed down and put in the main luggage when flying, allowing the shooting pack to be carried on as hand luggage.

I'm thinking maybe something like the Lowepro Nova:

Any thoughts on a good second bag?

Cheers,
Jason.
