At this stage it looks like it is only in their canon range (no A7s version) so 6d cooled and mono, 600d, 5dIII although in their article they claim to have 'discovered' a method that will be fine for Nikon sony and canon.

Benefits obviously resolution, sensitivity and access to large sensors - disadvantages loss of microlensing.
