Jeremy is on the right track. This is not from your filters, but from the light reflecting or difracting of something in your imaging train. Most likely something shiny, even something black anodised. Try removing your camera and looking from where the camera would be, for shiny surfaces while pointing the scope into a dimly lit light source.
