I’m assuming you are using their webmail over the web.

I would download Mozilla Thunderbird for free and configure that to your isp email server. That way you will have a different email client to test.

If you get the same results, then call them back as you will have more for them to check. You can still use your webmail. If you use imap for emai, all your emails will be stored on their server until you copy them to any new folders within thunderbird. If you don’t understand some of the tech I’ve explained, just explain it to their tech support as they should know.
