I ran across some discussion of the new Skywatcher EvoGuide 50mm ED Guidescope (f4.8) on other forums.
The ED objective is suppose to reduce chromatic aberrations giving tighter star images for guiding.

Pretty amazing to see a small guidescope with an FPL-53 doublet objective, at a reasonable price.
I cannot find any reference to it on local astro shop websites. It does appear here:
