I think every 7 deg drop in temperature halves dark current, but i guess we are talking small amounts of noise the colder we get.
with my stl11000, i stay at -20 all year round. in winter i could go to -30 to -35, its a matter of making another set of darks. i find dithering and a bad pixel map cleans things up very cleanly.
