I won't be able to get the full details for a few days but you might want to consult CASA before you buy. I'm pretty sure that what you are planning requires a licence. Many (most?) drone users seem to be ignorant of the law or flout it. One day an illegally operated drone will cause a fatal accident and then it will hit the fan.
