I've still got a lot of work to do to get it comfortable, but its waterproof and as you can see, useable.

I will put insulation in the roof and line the walls as funds become available. Also a wall between the telescope and where I am set up.
Once I get a few of the gaps closed I'll be able to get a heater in there, which it needs as the last few nights have been freezing out there.
But very happy with it.
