I aligned the RGB channels in my flat frame and did a comparison with the original flat, didn't change the colours of the light frame, but removed the dust a lot better.
1 Original flat.
2 RGB aligned flat.
3 Light with original flat removed.
Light with RGB aligned flat removed.
