I've been following prices on ebay for some time, Canons that almost always sell for less than $600 include:
10D (~$300-350)
20D (~$450-500)
30D (~$550-600)
300D (~$300-350)
350D (~$400-$500)
Fairly regularly a 400D will go for <$600, and I've seen a few 450D's go for less.
