Hi, Yes i have a Badder Neodymium IR cut filter that i have had for a while.
Finally got to get everything out last night for a test run, Everything looks to be running ok, just got to look up a few more things on Firecapture, a few things i got stuck on.
Just out of interest, what sort of image should i be seeing of Jupiter on my laptop screen while running Firecapture?
By that i am guessing it won't be sharp and clear as you would see through an eyepiece would it?
At the moment i an getting a grainy image, sort of like the image you get when Firecapture is running in dummy cam mode, but not as bad as that.
I can play with the settings to Gain and exposure to get histogram to site around 70% and this gives the image some.
Just not sure if this is how it is suppose to be.
