Correct. He lives just around the corner from me, but I haven't met him yet.
I'm a complete beginner at this and got my first scope only last week (a 10" GSO Dob). Just got to work out how to use it now

I try to read this forum (and I look at a couple of others) each day - so much to learn. I'm thinking of attending the Canberra Astronomical Society meeting later this week for a look-see.
