You didn't mention the model number or which version of Windows you have.
The older QHY filterwheels may only have drivers for Win-XP only.
Also they use a 4pin serial interface which plugs into a QHY mono camera, (e.g. a QHY9). Maybe you can only use it with their camera and not standalone.
Probably best to call Theo at Gama Electronics (QHY dealer), in Melbourne.
