Polar Alignment

New to this forum. I have a HEQ5 Pro mount. Due to my location, I am unable to do polar alignment through polar scope due to some very tall trees. I have aligned mount as close as possible to True South. I then do a 2 star alignment. At the end of the alignment the polar alignment offset is shown.
MEL +000 20 28
MAZ - 000 54 37

My question is, with the above readings, do I adjust the elevation up or down and do I rotate the mount clockwise or anti clockwise for the azimuth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
