Get rid of my spotting Scope
Hi, just purchased a 10 inch Newtonian -- was told it was a 12 inch but measured it at home and took out the Mirror in order to clean it.
The Spotting Scope is home made, and focus is achieved by sliding one cardboard tube down the other Cardboard Tube.
So I am thinking of getting Rid of it, and Putting on the Celestron LT 70 that I purchased at the tip shop for only $2, as my spotter Scope.
The Celestron is tube only, with a Star Diagonal, but also has
a working red Dot finder.
