Its a standalone autoguider(Lacerta MGEN), no additional guiding software.
Parameters as in hand controller:

guiding scope SV 80mm, FL 560.
Before, with above setup I am getting 100% guider calibration result, and it was possible to expose up to 600 seconds subs with perfect round stars, imaging scope 127mm FL950mm f7.5.
But later even with shorter focal lenght imaging scope, result is not so good, it is clear from the autoguider calibration result, which will be between 50% to 60%.
polar alignment, leveling, and balance are perfect, with 10mm eyepiece, the mount are able to track star for 25 min without shifting (maximum I have tried, could be more).
It is not clear for me if it is guider or mount problem. Also there are no other nearby equipment to try guider with other mount.
