I upgraded on Monday 14/12/2015. Mostly works, but File Explorer is frustrating the Hell out of me and lots of other people as well

I'll fiddle with it for a while, since there are lots of other things I like, but an OS with a troublesome file explorer is just not on. I have a month to return to Windows 7 and I'll be keeping that deadline in mind.
