This shadow has me stumped all day and by chance I was watching Chucks Astrophotography on YouTube and he was imaging the moon with his Nikon on live view and “Bingo” the rectangular shadow is there , very faint but there in the same format and orientation as mine ( attached ) His image is over exposed but it’s definitely there. The moon is also at the same phase and his camera in the same frame as mine

Very unusual to say the least

Any ideas what it could be ??

Maybe some of you long term experienced astrophotographers on IIS might have a idea ?
