I was thinking today of my journey so far in terms of equipment.
1. My first was the 10" GSO dob that started it all. A light bucket.
2. My first CAT, the 8" LX90 replaced the above to give me a Goto and tracking telescope for Planetary imaging.
3. My first EQ Mount, the G-11 mount, to replace above to allow for a range of Telescopes to come.
4. My first Refractors, the Borg's 100ED and 76ED. Widefield DSO imaging setup.
5. The CAT OTA C8 Fastar to replace the LX90. Pic from previous owner in US. For Planetary imaging on the G-11 and possibly DSO work in the future.
6. The Widefield Imaging Setup.
7. The Planetary Imaging Setup.
