Hi,
for planets a camera with the icx618 seems to be the standard. A couple of companies that make these cameras are Basler, TIS and Point Grey. Most people use these cameras with good results.

I haven't imaged the moon or sun yet so I wont comment on that.

As for well depth my opinion (and some will not agree) is that for high frame rate imaging you wont fill it any way so this is not really an issue!
and for noise, many frames stacked will take care of this problem.

These camera's you listed may well be good for astro work but to make astrophotography easy you need capture software that is written for astrophotography and can operate these cameras.
