The settings losing on setup happens very rarely and I still can't find the reason
My belief is that is related to rights, but without possibility to reproduce it is just theory.
The other case for losing settings is usually happens when switching to or from use of "Run As Administrator". That mode has own settings from the regular mode. Could it be the reason?
